1. About Us

Thermomix Sant Cugat is an official Vorwerk Thermomix advisor based at Pg. de Francesc Macià, 71, 08173 Sant Cugat del Vallès, Barcelona, Spain. Contact us at support@thermomix-sant-cugat.es.

2. Products

All products sold through thermomix-sant-cugat.es are brand new, factory sealed and genuine Vorwerk products. Every product comes with the official Vorwerk manufacturer warranty.

Product prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable Spanish VAT (IVA). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

3. Ordering

By placing an order through our website or by email you are making an offer to purchase the selected product. Your order is confirmed once you receive a written order confirmation from us.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases we will issue a full refund.

4. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard) via Stripe
• PayPal
• Revolut
• Bank transfer

All payments must be made in full at the time of ordering. We do not offer payment in instalments. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption. We do not store your payment card details.

5. Delivery

Orders are dispatched once full payment has been received and confirmed. Delivery takes up to 2 weeks from the date your order is confirmed. We will send you a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We use DHL Express, DPD and FedEx as our delivery partners. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Spanish consumer law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007) you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal please contact us at support@thermomix-sant-cugat.es within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be returned in its original unused condition and original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect. We will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

7. Warranty

All Thermomix TM7 products come with an official 2-year Vorwerk manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing and electrical defects when used with genuine Vorwerk parts and accessories.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised repairs, use of non-genuine accessories or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims must be made through us or through an authorised Vorwerk service centre.

Spare parts are guaranteed for 10 years after purchase in accordance with Vorwerk's quality guarantee.

8. Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@thermomix-sant-cugat.es with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Spanish law, Thermomix Sant Cugat's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

10. Data Protection

The personal data you provide when placing an order is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation including GDPR and LOPDGDD.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes arising from these terms or from a purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our website or placing of an order constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
