Yes — delivery is completely free across Europe for all orders over €200. Since the Thermomix TM7 is priced at €1,549 all European orders qualify for free delivery automatically.
Yes — every order comes with full tracking. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email that allows you to follow your delivery in real time via the carrier's website.
If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours at support@thermomix-sant-cugat.es with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Yes — we ship worldwide. Delivery outside Europe costs a flat rate of €29. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
